For National 'Children's Day' in 2024, I created a social reel for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum 's TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (shorts) channels targeting our younger 13-17 year audience with the goal of  educating them about the displaced children after the Holocaust ended, and how they searched to reunite these children with their surviving family members. I worked with the social, editorial, historical and leadership teams to create the reel. A lot of work goes into each story the Museum posts to it's social accounts to ensure all are historically accurate; from the images and videos used, to the copy and captions of each story. Because of this, each reel goes through an extensive review process with multiple stakeholder teams within the Museum, and even sometimes involves the survivor affairs team and reaching out directly to Holocaust survivors or other Holocaust organizations worldwide. I created all animations in After Effects and used Canva to add captions and branding.
